This "combination of food" was inspired by Kelly's issue of ALWAYS having left-over pulled pork. If you find yourself having the same problem, this recipe is about to become your best friend!

Ingredients

  • Tortilla Chips
  • Pulled Pork
  • Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
  • BBQ sauce of choice - Kelly recommends 'Sweet Baby rays'
  • Toppings of choice - Kelly recommends Canned corn, Canned Black Beans, Cherry Tomatos, Green Onions, Jalapenos
  • Sour Cream, Salsa, and Guac

Instructions

  1. Take a giant sheet pan and place tortilla chips ontop
  2. Sprinkle the pork ontop of the chips
  3. Add a mexican cheese blend and a drizzle BBQ sauce on top
  4. Pop into oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes (until cheese is melted)
  5. Once out of the oven its time to go "topping crazy" - add black beans, corn, cherry tomatos, green onion, jalapenos
  6. Top with BBQ sauce, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole

Notes

Kelly says to call up your local BBQ joint and ask for a pound of pulled pork if you don't have leftovers at home!
