Ingredients
- Rice
- 1 cup of Sour Cream
- 1 cup of Kewpie Mayo (can be found at any asian grocery store or asian food section)
- 1 cup Imitation Crab
- Rice Seasoning - Courtney recommends furikake (can be found at any asian grocery store or asian food section or even amazon)
Instructions
- Cook Rice according to package
- Drain water from imitation crab package if necessary
- Combine 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup Kewpie mayo, and 1 cup imitation
- Grease a pyrex dish add cooked rice
- Add sour cream, mayo, and crab mixture on top of rice
- Bake in the oven at 400 degrees or 10 minutes (or until bubbling)
- Take out of the oven and generously sprinkle Furikake rice seasoning on top
Notes
You can serve this dish by itself or with Seaweed wrappers!
