2022 Acura MDX Tour & Review
The Acura MDX was newly redesigned in 2022 and I am impressed!
TRIMS
The Acura MDX comes in four trims. The MDX, Tech Package, A-Spec Package and Advance Package. I was seriously impressed with the standard trim. The standard MDX is loaded with great comfort and safety features.
CARSEATS
Let’s talk carseats! The MDX has 3 lower anchors across the bench and a tether anchor in all 5 back seats.
SAFETY
The 2022 MDX offers quite a few standard safety features including; Collision Mitigation Braking System, pedestrian detection, adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, Road Departure Mitigation System, traffic jam assist, traffic sign recognition, forward collision warning, lane departure warning, mutli-view rear camera, blindspot information system, rear cross traffic monitor, auto high beam headlights, LED day time running lights, iBooster brake system, 4 wheel anti lock braking system and more.
For more information on each of these safety features check out Acura’s website.
EXTERIOR FEATURES
THE MDX comes standard with LED Headlights, LED Day Time Running Lights, LED Taillights & Auto High-Beam. Additionally, convenience features like keyless entry, power lift tailgate & pano sunroof also come standard. Seriously, the base model gives you a lot of bang for you buck.
INTERIOR FEATURES
The MDX is also loaded with some impressive standard comfort features. Leather seats are standard in this vehicle as well as 12-way power seats and heated front seats (ventilated seats are available in the A-Spec & Advance Package). One of my favorite features in the MDX is the removable center seat in the second row. Can’t chose between bench or captain chairs? The MDX has BOTH! You can take out the middle seat of the bench and boom, you now have captain chairs!
TECHNOLOGY
And finally, on trend with the rest of the car impressive technology comes standard! Including, wireless charging, Apple Car Play & Android Auto, Wifi Hot Spot Capability, digital dash, built in Amazon Alexa, True Touchpad Interface and a 12.3-in Dual-Content Center Display.
